Meet us at Petco in Layton, Utah, from 12-4 pm most Saturdays for your chance to meet our adoptable animals.
Providing Help for the Helpless
We rely on our amazing volunteers who open their hearts and homes to furbabies in need because we do not have a brick-and-mortar building. All of our animals get to live in loving foster homes for as long as it takes to find their forever family!
Founded in 2007, we strive to improve animal welfare through community building and public education. ANBAR only adopts out animals who have been dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered.
We promote responsible pet ownership and do not condone declawing or debarking pets. Our mission is to give every animal A New Beginning by doing our part in this tiny corner of the world to reduce suffering and unnecessary euthanasia.

Help Us Change Lives
The most vulnerable members of our pet society are those who have no way to ask for our help — animals that are left to fend for themselves or are trapped in torturous conditions.
But when you support A New Beginning Animal Rescue by fostering, donating monitarily, or supplies, you provide critical aid to these neglected animals.
As a nonprofit organization, we ensure 100% of all donations go toward the care of animals. YOU have the opportunity to make a difference, to fund life-saving operations and comfort exams or fill hungry bellies.
